HERE ARE SOME TIPS FOR BREWING A GREAT CUP OF TEA

To prepare these 5 tea recipes, choose high-quality tea. The teapot should be clean and filled with boiling water, which should only be discarded at the exact moment of brewing the tea. The water to be used should not be boiling and should not be used as soon as it boils. The water used should be very hot; remove it from the heat just before boiling, as boiling water can alter the taste of the tea.

For any of the tea recipes, we recommend using porcelain, silver, or metal teapots, with the latter two having the advantage of keeping the tea hot for a longer time.

The best technique for making tea is as follows:

  • Place the tea in the teapot and steep it for a while. Five minutes later, add very hot water and cover the teapot for four or five minutes to allow the leaves to open.
  • After this time, add the remaining water. Tea is served with hot water, cold milk, or sour cream and lemon slices to satisfy all preferences.
