Immunity Smoothie Shake, Ingredients:
- 1 glass of good quality Cachaça (Brazilian rum)
- Two lemons, peeled
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 glass of mineral water
- Sugar to taste
Preparation of Immunity Smoothie Shake:
- Blend everything in a blender, strain it through a sieve, and serve in large glasses with plenty of ice.
If you want to enrich (or impoverish) your shakes, you can replace the cachaça with light or dark rum.
