  • Sugar
  • 2 or 3 egg yolks
  • Vanilla, if desired.

Preparation – Egg-enriched Chocolate Recipe:

  1. Blend the milk with grated chocolate, sugar, and vanilla in a mixer, adjusting the chocolate amount based on preference.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture.
  3. You can use warm milk to ensure the chocolate melts well.
  4. Beat 2 or 3 egg yolks.
  5. Add the beaten egg yolks to the previous mixture, being cautious to avoid curdling by using cooler milk.
  6. Serve well-chilled.
