It’s Brazilian, it’s yellow-green! Brazilian smoothies are a national institution. There is no typical dish in our cuisine that starts well without one or two well-chilled smoothies.
The cocktail was born in the United States and today it is universal. Our Brazilian smoothies are heading towards that. The day will come!
The variety is immense! With our Brazilian smoothies recipes, you can recreate your own. Pineapple will serve as a base for other fruit juices: orange, melon, starfruit, etc. When the fruit has a strong flavor, gradually add the juice and note down the measurements for future times.
But don’t overdo it! Also, remember that the sweeter the drink, the quicker it goes up…
BRAZILIAN SMOOTHIES RECIPES
PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 part pineapple juice
- 3 parts Cachaça (sugarcane liquor)
- 1 part sugar
- Ice to taste
PREPARATION
- Blend everything together in a blender and serve immediately.
Brazilian Immunity Smoothie Shake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of good quality cachaça (brazilian rum)
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 cup of mineral water Sugar to taste
PREPARATION
- Blend everything in a blender, strain it through a sieve, and serve in large glasses with plenty of ice.
CASHEW SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 part cashew juice
- 3 parts sugarcane liquor
- 1 part sugar
- Ice to taste
PREPARATION
- Blend everything together in a blender and serve immediately.
COCONUT SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 part coconut juice
- 3 parts sugarcane liquor

2 STRAWBERRY BRAZILIAN SMOOTHIES RECIPES
STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE I
INGREDIENTS
- Half a kilo of strawberries
- Half a liter of rum
- 1 cup of dry Martini
- Sugar to taste
- Crushed ice
PREPARATION
- Blend everything together in a blender until well blended. Strain and serve in cocktail glasses.
STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE II
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 2 cups of sugarcane liquor
- 1 small cup of gin (optional)
- 4 to 5 tablespoons of sugar
PREPARATION
- Blend everything well in a blender and strain (or not) into cocktail glasses.
TAMARIND SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Equal amount of tamarind
- Equal amount of cachaça
PREPARATION
- Blend everything together in a blender and serve immediately.
To enrich or soften your smoothies, replace the brandy with light or dark rum.
